Turnkey Project Engineering in the service of India's largest family of Oil Seed Processing Plants, as a concept was introduced into India from ground breaking to start up and training of operating personnel. Chemical Construction International Private Limited has undertaken turnkey projects in the USA, Mexico, Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Mongolia with their own in-house detailed engineering and workshops where quality control oh hardware is monitored to DIN, BBS standards. Continuous Solvent Extraction Plants from M/s. Extrakyionstechnik GmbH based on the Rotary Extractor and a Schumacher DTDC Over 160 Extraction Plants in operation in India and Overseas from 50 TPD to 600 TPD 2. Refining of oils from M/s. Extrakyionstechnik GmbH incorporating Westfalia Centrifugal Systems, Continuous Bleachers, Dewaxing Systems and double shell Continuous Deodorizers. Over 40 plants in operation in India 3. Hydrogenation Systems for Edible Oils, Fatty Acids incorporating the Loop System with Heat Recovery. Over 50 Vanaspati Plants in operation in India and Overseas. 4. Complete Palm Oil Mills, including utility, cogen and byproduct systems from M/s. Teknoemas Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. Two plants will be in operation in India by March 1999 5. Recovery plants for Mixed Tocopherols and Vitamin E products from Deodorizer Distillates from M/s. Able Chemical & Engineering Design Ltd., U.K. 6. Hi-pressure Oleoresin Extraction based on green technology from M/s. Xtractec Ltd. of U.K. 7. Protein isolates / concentrates from Soya, Coconut, Peanuts base on Flash Desolventizing System designed by M/s. Ingenieurbuero Tydiks GmbH, Germany.
